Order Cancellation Policy
Once Evergreen receives a signed proof from a customer, there are no refunds. In order to provide high quality, efficient service, Evergreen must ask customers to be diligent when proofing their product before signing the proof and submitting it to Evergreen.
Once a proof is approved, the customer is liable for all production costs incurred.
Our Guarantee
All jobs are completed in accordance with industry wide standards for color printing, mailing and registration.
Evergreen wants you to be completely satisfied with your printed product. If you find an error introduced by us or a manufacturing defect, simply return the job to us for reprinting.
This guarantee does not cover errors such as incorrect copy, poor photography supplied by the customer or incorrect options selected during the order process.
